Here now the informations for our english speaking Members (and sorry fort he posting being so late)

2. international Bulldog meeting

We would like to invite you to a very special meeting in June 2005.
The deadline for reservations for this event is the 10.05.2005

The date:

From 10. to the 12.06.2005

Place of event:

We are organizing the meeting 2005 in Glauchau/Germany

Arrival and start :

Alternatively on the 09.06.05 or the 10.06.05 whichever suits you best.
But please note, that the official start of the meeting will be on the 10.06.05
Upon registering, please inform us about the date of your arrival, so we can make the Hotel reservations accordingly.

End of meeting and departure :

On Sunday the 12.06.05
After breakfast, whenever you like

Agenda:

- 2 nights in the hotel
- a welcome snack on Friday
- a guided tour on Saturday
- a surprise on Saturday
- a very spezial buffet on Saturday evening
- 5 drinks p. person on Saturday evening
- breakfast on Sunday

Price, including all of the above :

Single room : ca. 120,00 €
Double room : ca. 100,00 € p.Person
(the prices vary, depending on the Hotel)

Notes:

please understand, that the food on the planned –Saturday-Tour is not
included !! (due to the fact, that our Lunch-break will be at an restaurant
en route)

With each reservation the participant makes a contract with the hotel.
Therefore please settle your account directly with the hotel before leaving
on Sunday.

Nevertheless, should you want to cancel your reservation, the following
points will apply :

1.) as soon as possible contact the hotel and the Web-Master (please do it yourself and don´t ask others to do it for you on the day of arrival) This room could then be rented to someone else.

2.) Should you cancel your reservation up to 3 weeks prior to the event, there will be no charge

3.) Should you cancel your reservation in under three weeks prior to the event, and should the hotel not be able to rent the room to someone else, you will be charged a cancellation-fee of 60% of the total amount.
